How Do I Place An Order?
When you are shopping online at M.A.S.S. APPAREL and add an item to your cart, it is saved in your Shopping Cart. The Shopping Cart holds products you wish to purchase while you shop, the same way you use a shopping cart in a retail store. Items you place in your Shopping Cart will remain there until they are purchased or removed.

Return to shopping. If you wish to continue shopping, you can use the Shopping Cart to store items you wish to purchase. Click on "Continue Shopping" to search the site for additional items. At any time during your shopping experience, you can return to your Shopping Cart by clicking on "Shopping Cart."

Proceed to secure Checkout. When you are ready to purchase your item(s), click on "Checkout." Our checkout process is fast, easy and secure.
Payment & Shipping
Our preferred method of payment is through PayPal.
Shipping is free on all of our products. (Shipping rate may change) We ship orders out within 48 hours from our location in the Stroudsburg area of Pennsylvania. Our carrier of choice is USPS. An invoice will be send to your email along with your tracking number after each purchase.

For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.

After you have completed the checkout process and clicked "Place Order", your order begins to process and you cannot make any online changes to your order.
Returns & Refunds
We believe all our products to be of the highest quality. If for any reason you are not satisfied with any item, simply return the item UNUSED for an exchange or refund. Worn and used merchandise will NOT be refunded.
7-Day claim period for RETURNS
All claims must be made within seven days of receiving your order.
